I made this form to support people noticing and finding vocabulary for how they feel – whatever thoughts, emotions, sensations, moods that are happening. Questions 1 – 9 ask you to stay with a very basic layer of description. At question 10 you are invited to integrate more ‘thinky thoughts’, write about meanings, whys, or what not. Here is a video example, if you’d like.
I find this practice is a bit magic-feeling. That is, even thought the task asks you to stay with basic descriptions – after doing it I often have a much greater sense of connection and more stable, calm-vitality.
You are encouraged to modify this form in any way which supports you. This is simply a loose template. There are examples and short embodiment practices that you could try before filling it out. Or, dive right in – Fill out the questions about what you feel right here and now.

Advisory note: If you notice a feeling of “too much”, or otherwise any sort of internal “no” signaling, stop doing the practice. Instead head to a creature or activity that feels supportive or neutral for you. If you are new to this work I urge you to work with a live person first. Past traumas or difficult past-experiences may emerge while doing these practices.
