Somatic Lessons from Plants + Animals. 2

i started eating this plant recently and happened upon this cool video yesterday.
storksbill’s extreme corkscrew styles are something. whew.

watching + remembering, reflecting – in relation to what weather, or what noises, in relation to what people, after which sorts of meals, to help soften which muscles,
when do i coil myself up, safe, stetchy or cozy?
and in what conditions do i unravel and soak it all in?

scientists say that storksbills wind and unwind in relation to humidity, primarily.
i feel like my un/winding has a lot more to do with people-vibes or temperature.

the cool corkscrew video is in this article. Dolasia, Meera. “The Ingenious Stork’s Bill Seed Plants Itself!.” DOGOnews. March 31, 2015. Accessed June 18, 2021.
